ACT Fire & Rescue are responding to reports of a house fire in Lyons.
Multiple emergency triple zero (000) calls have been recieved about the property in Beedham Place.

Fire located in the chimney of the house was quickly extinguished by firefighters.
Fire crews now ventilating the roof space.
Minimal damage was caused.
