Speakers will include Minister Shane Rattenbury, ACT Rescue & Foster President Wendy Parsons, Animal Defenders Office Director Mike Rosalky, Caroola Farm Co-Owner Penny Kothe and ACT Wildlife Vice President Martin Lind.
