DARAMALAN College Year 9 student, Mikayla Brady, is all set to take the stage in the title role in Daramalan Theatre Company’s High School Musical, based on Lewis Carroll’s books.
Not surprisingly, staff are excited about the impending show and the college’s Helen Dickson enthuses:
It’s a feast for the eyes and the ears and for much of it I was torn between which way to look! It’s a very short piece yet they have packed in so much that I wanted to see it again – just to see what I missed the first time! The singing is wonderful, the choreography impressive, the costumes are delightful, the music lively and the actors are either a riot, simply scrumptious or delightfully wicked.
