POLICE have released CCTV imagery and are processing forensic evidence which could provide a clue to an overnight crime spree in Evatt on Saturday morning.
There were several reports of property damage to homes and vehicles on Ashkanasy Crescent, which occurred between about 4am and 5am.Damage included two garages that were vandalised, thirteen vehicles broken into and items stolen.
ACT Policing Forensics are processing evidence from the scene including a screwdriver which was left at one of the premises and is suspected to have been used during an act of cruelty to an animal.
The first person of interest is described as Caucasian wearing black shoes and white socks, a black top, a red and black backpack and a Sombrero.
The second person of interest is described as Caucasian wearing white shoes, light denim skinny jeans, a white hooded jumper with a picture on the front and a red/brown beanie.
