ACT Parks and Conservation Service wishes to advise the public that a 938 hectare hazard reduction burn will commence today west of the Cotter River.
The burn will reduce fire fuel loads in the area and will take three to four days to complete.
A 958 hectare hazard reduction burn will continue at Camelback, north of Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve. A 380 hectare hazard reduction burn will also continue along the Hardy Range to the east of the Cotter River, Namadgi National Park.
