ACT Policing responded to a serious collision in Deakin involving one cyclist this morning (January 29).
About 7.45am, police received a report that a male cyclist had fallen off his blue and silver road bicycle on Kent Street, Deakin, and the man was receiving treatment from the ACT Ambulance Service.
Police attended and closed Kent Street, between Denison Street and Strickland Crescent, while paramedics treated the 50-year-old Griffith man.
The man was conveyed to The Canberra Hospital in a critical condition.
