A GRASS fire near Athllon Drive in Greenway this afternoon has been deemed “suspicious” by police.
The fire, which has now been extinguished, was reported at about 1:50pm.
The fire was approximately 5 metres by 20 metres and burning near the Lake Tuggeranong dam wall in a westerly direction.
ACT Rural Fire Service and ACT Policing will be investigating the fire. The cause is currently unknown, but it has been labelled suspicious.
