The Canberra Centre has zoomed in at the start of the new season with fashion parades, a little Beauty Oasis to provide some pampering and a VIP customer gift bag to say “thank you” for supporting the industry that is suffering as we increasingly shop online.
So they’ve gone for the “retail experience” method with Collee Cunio bringing her team to town to style, produce and present with local models the best the centre has to offer.
Research for this little story is as easy as stepping around the shops, perusing the fashion mags and chatting with the pretty young things to garner opinion on current trends. Would the blue-hued bermuda shorts suit with lace-up suede shoes be a starter for the blokes? Maybe, said the under twenties, but rapper Redfoo has cornered a colourful market there with his efforts so we’ll wait and see.
